Lying on my bed , put on a piece of mask & trying to squeeze my last few percent of energy which i had to write my blog.

My muscles are suffering from GREAT PAIN.The "CREDIT" goes to my hard work out for the past few days @ CALIFORNIA GYM.

But the killer was today's work out(really sweat like hell man..)

19.00pm - 20.00pm (GYM WORK OUT)
Friday
19.50pm - 20.50pm (BODY COMBAT)
Saturday
10.30am - 11.30am (ASHTANGA FLOW *YOGA*)
12.00pm - 13.00pm (GYM EXERCISE)
13.30pm - 14.30pm (FLY WHEELS *SPINNING*)

Gosh!I was wondering how did i make it.But the fact was, I DID IT!!

Surprise?Ya sort of..but I think the word "IMPRESSED" is more appropriate.
(My dar was impressed by my determination too lol)

Thanks to CHRISTIN (my work out partner)
She was the one who brought me to CALIFORNIA GYM :)

Although i am suffering(from muscle pain) but i'm happy wor.(don't misunderstand,i'm not sadist lol)

This is a kind of SATISFACTION!(Coz it's really not a easy task for a lazy person like me to go through all these)

Anyway,i will still continue my hard work out schedule for the next few months.Workout is good for health, lose weight & maintain your figure too.

So what is holding you back?It's never too late to start working out.
If anyone is interested, you are most welcome to join me.The more the merrier ;p

Go!Go!Go! Keep the ball runs.This is my new motto.

Time for me to go to bed.Have to wake up early tomorrow coz i'm going to sentosa with dar.Hope that i can sleep very well tonight.

By the way, Arensal won 3-1 hahaha :) I'm dam happy xia..The reason was hmmm...cannot say la.This is for me to know & for you to find out(only my dar knows why..)

After i start to write blog, i find that my english is dam terrible.Writing blog is really not that easy..

Whenever i wanted to write something, i need to think super long lor.Can't really write out what i'm trying to say.SI BEI SHI BAI LA..

Never mind la i console myself.It's never too late to learn :)

Suppose to have dinner with yun,zhu & jing but forgotten that jing have to study.So dinner cancel lo.Haiz...Sad sad..:(

Although dinner cancel but had lunch with jing & zhu at COFFEE CLUB :)

We had spaghetti & the taste was quite good :) Maybe i should join them for lunch more often(oopps, cannot too often la coz i'm on diet)

My target is to lose 6kgs before my wedding.So jing & Zhu please help me ok?Whenever i ask to tabao, please reminds me heehee:p i only left 3months to go..JIA YOU!JIA YOU!JIAN FEI CHEN GONG!! Hahaha!

I was refereed by the polyclinic to KK hospital to see the specialist as i always have GREAT PAIN during my "ANUTY' visit (I hate it)

Actually dar was on duty today but he still accompany me to see the specialist.(so sweet..)

Even I got appointment, i still have to wait for at least an hour(gosh..why goverment subsidise hospital always have to wait so looong?)

While waiting, i go to buy macdonald breakfast for both of us.Yummy Yummy,i had not taken that for quite a long time :)

We sit & wait for more than 2hours but the queue number doesn't seems moving.I sit until my buttok pain & dar also doze off..

I was so tire & fed up that i have to wait so long even though i have appointment.I keep complaining to him & i guess he was also fed up..Below is our little conversation that makes me laugh abit :)

me : wah lau, cannot understand why so long.I sit until backside pain liao la.

dar: Ooohh(just wake up from his sleep)..i tell you hor,later u go in don't so fast come out ok?

me: huh? why le? finish already than don't come out for what??

dar: wah lau eh, u wait for almost 3 hours you know.

me: than?

dar: wait for so long than get to see the doctor.if only see less than 5 mins than si be bo hua mah.die die must stay inside longer & don't so fast come out.

Hahahaha..i keep laughing till my stomach cramp & dar was so pai seah coz everyone was looking at us.Dar really best liao..

Today is my BIRTHDAY.Had dinner with dar @ TOMTOM restaurant.My favourite "STRESS FREE PIG" Taste was great. Yummy Yummy :) But it doesn't keep me away from STRESS lor lol

This year birthday was dam SWAY..Yesterday, i lost my diamond necklace when i had lunch with my family @ LEI GARDEN..SO SAD ;_; Weep Weep..never mention to anyone coz i was too sad to say anything...

NO BIRTHDAY PARTY!! NO BIRTHDAY PRESENT!! NO BIRTHDAY CAKE!! NO BIRTHDAY WISH!!
(Luckily got my dar have dinner with me & as for b'day present, still don't know what will he give me heehee)

That's my BIRTHDAY....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MYSELF..

(P.S. forget to mention thanks to franster,zhuzhu,caicai,eric lim,seng,may etc who remember my b'day :) jing jing le??she was in bali lo.never wish me happy b'day humpf..dun friend her liao hahaha joking la)
