Attend "MAZIE ASHTANGA YOGA CLASS".

For once i really felt that YOGA is a god dam tiring & difficult exercise.

Imagine after yoga class i have no strength to do other exercise.

I really can feel the MUSCLE PAIN

Dun believe?Join MAZIE yoga class.I make sure u sweat like HELL!!

Had lunch with christin @ SHOKUDO.

We had WAFFLE ICE-CREAM, OKONOMIYAKI & PIZZA.

GOSH!We ate so much till our stomach was going to explode!(Useless working out for 3hours.Only 1 lunch, all our hard work gone...)

Took a cab from cityhall to charlene's house(serangoon) for BBQ.It cost me 18bucks(what the fcuk)

Cannot understand why taxi fare are so expensive..

"Taxi really cannot sit"(Hokkien)

BBQ was all done by the guys(Whahahaha..all the gals just sit, gossip & eat)

Hope our next BBQ will be the SAME(same as in dun have to do anything & all we have to do is just EAT:))

Slept @ 1+ last night but wake up @ 5.40am this morning to attend 7am beach body class @ California gym.

Now my eyes really like PANDA (*_*) Must put on eye mask which my beloved nephew FRANSTER bought it for me from taiwan.(MISS YOU SO MUCH AH FRANK.Hope u are fine @ taiwan.)

Don't know what happen to zhu.M.I.A for the whole day.Jing msn & call her also no reply.What happen??Anyway,hope u are fine.

Suppose to go for 7.40pm body compact class but my plan was cancel.

It's ok la coz i've already plan my 3 hours work out session tomorrow heehee:) Wanna burn off all the fats i consume today.(Hiak Hiak Hiak)

Join dar for dinner with his friends after his soccer game.His friends really dam solid xia.order 70stick of satay for dinner.(WA KAU,really dam good eater)Eat so much & yet all so skinny..Urgh..WO TU JI LA

While we are driving home,PIE was having heavy traffic jam.Guess it must be accident..

Drive pass the accident area,we saw 1 person was cover with black cloth.OMG!!It was a fatal accident.So scary..A motorbike was stuck infront of a huge lorry.Think of it my MAO KONG also ZHAN QI LAI LE...

A piece of advice to all the people.Please be extra careful when u drive.PREVENT IS BETTER THAN CURE!!

Mum won't be back today & dar went drinking with his friend after sending me home.
Humpf..all leave me alone..(Very bad right??)

Hiaz..what to do?I tell myself that i must get use to it lor..Cannot alway rely on people mah.They also have their own circle of friends & life...

Received call from big boss secretary that he wants to have dinner with me during my visit to japan.(Surprise lor.he so busy still make time to have dinner with me)

Wondering whether can don't go dinner anot.Give me the $$ beta la hiak hiak hiak(evil smile.learn from zhu zhu wan lol)

Actually thought of buying the LV Never full diamer bag during my visit to japan.But japanese yen getting stronger so beta give up the idea.Now cannot any how spend $$.Must be more thrifty.(dar,me very guai rite hahaha)

Went to my customer place for meeting this afternoon.Had a long conversation with Sooyin(1 of the P.I.C staff)

We were talking about the business is getting bad.Not much order from them.Thanks to the financial crisis.Think this year bonus no hope liao(sianzzzz...)Dun wanna think too much.We shall see how it goes..

After work,dar come to fetch me coz he has viewing at CENTRAL.We went paragon to have spaghetti for dinner.Yummy yummy..(me SI BEI TAM JIA no wonder so fat)

These few days keep eating & eating(Haiz..my diet plan gone case liao la)Like that how to slim down to 49kg before my BIG DAY?? KANG KOR LA..

Surprisingly dar suggest to go karaoke.But only 2 of us abit boring so he jio stephaine to play m.j.

We play for 8 rounds at dar's place.Me break even.No win no lose.Dun know why whenever i play m.j, never win wan le.Think must go temple BAI BAI liao.really dam sway..

Tomorrow i'm going to california gym to attend BEACH BODY class.(Me really siao on man)

No choice, eat so much so have to work out more.Like that than got chance to slim down mah right.

Gotta go to bed soon coz tomorrow have to wake up 5.45am (+_+) Will continue to blog tomorrow.(Hopefully..)

Monday, October 20

Really super long din have dinner with cai,jing,zhu liao.(sound so rum..采金猪,哈哈）So happy that finally we could make it to go to ZHEN FA for steamboat.
Oopps miss out ZEN(zhu's hubby) heehee pai seah hor :p

Me,jing & zhu arrived around 7.00 & cai arrive around 7.20.We start eating & gossiping while waiting for zen.

Jing was really dam cute. I will never forget what she say when zhu was looking at the photos which she took in bali.

PHRASE OF THE DAY

Zhu : Is this the place u bought the sun dress?

Jing : Ya lo ya lo.This is the place la.I tell you hor the clothes there is all DIFFERENT PATTERN SAME DESIGN wan.

I look at her, stun for a while & burst out laughing..What does it mean by "DIFFERENT PATTERN SAME DESIGN"?This jing really dam funny:)Maybe this is 哈尔宾 language.Only jing can understand whahahaha(jing is going to kill me when she saw this)

We finish our dinner around 10.00.Zen's sister pick them up.Me & jing wait for cai's bf to send us back.

Cai's bf was very quiet & shy.When he talk i can't hear what he is trying to say hahaha.Don't be so soft la, wait cai bully u ar (just kidding la cai wun do that de)

Anyway,thanks for sending me back to my place.Looking forward to have dinner with you gals again.(Don't let me wait too long ok?)

7 early 8 early i have to force myself to crawl out my bed.Suppose to meet them @10am but i OVERSLEPT lor lol.

Never mind la,they also won't be so puncture wan le.

Reach there around 10.30am, had our breakfast & set off to our destination

天不做美 the weather must be having mood swing.Throughout the whole afternoon,it rains & stop for more than 5 times.(Diao...)really siao liao

Count myself lucky coz i don't intend to get tann as my wedding is just around the corner Whahaha..

Many youngest was there playing beach soccer & volley ball.Some of them "JI YAN DAO YI XIA DE WOR" hahahaha(too young for me morever i have my dar dar liao lol)

1 group of philipino was sitting right behind us.All wearing bikini & posing like PORN STAR like that.Cannot TAHAN them, SI BEI ER XIN.

We had our dinner @ bedok north, 1 of the chinese restaurant name "CHIN LEE".The food was nice & the service also not bad.

My deep impression with this restaurant was not the food or the service.It was the chef lor.The chef was wearing a SUPER ORBIT pant.I can't stop laughing at the pant he was wearing.Maybe this was his 招牌 to make people remember him...
